A lifestyle change that included a new heater installation

The current central heater was not cutting it at all.

Paul had an image and reputation to uphold, but things were getting worse by the day.

Paul was broke, but he had to keep up appearances. He had to spend like he used to; he could not show any sign of weakness. What would everyone think? Last weekend, he had spent some of his savings on a night out because he was the man of the hour, and those around him were used to spending big. The house barely had any food. His daughter would be visiting in winter. The big house was so cold that the heating contractor told him he needed new heating equipment. The heating and cooling provider knew Paul and knew he would not settle for anything less than the best, so he recommended the best unit with the best heating technology. His people-pleasing ways were getting to him, and now he was against the wall. He had to get his life in order. Money was no longer coming in like it used to; he finally decided to sell his house. In a month, he had found a buyer, which was a stroke of luck. He then bought a smaller house, a two-bedroom and three-bath house with a nice lawn and an extra detached garage. The new house too needed a heating and cooling system. Paul contacted the HVAC technician and ordered an electric furnace and a smart thermostat. The HVAC repairman finished the heater installation in a day. That day Paul did his best to learn more about the boiler to take better care of it. The key things were regular furnace/heater tune-up and to seek boiler repair immediately; he noticed something was amiss. He usually replaced the furnace filter, which would be no different from the new unit.
