When it comes to food my wife and I couldn’t be more opposite, she loves to have really cold food and so foods like ice cream, sushi, anything refrigerated are right up alley.
Lately she’s had a taste for chilled meats. On the other hand I’m just the opposite, preferring my food warm and so when the two of us went out to eat at a brand new restaurant that was in town and I couldn’t help but to complain when the AC system was making my food go cold so quickly. I’m not the kind that complains about my food not being the right way but I was frustrated that my food was cooling down because of the air conditioning system. How cold could this AC system be? It was amazing how powerful this air conditioning system was, my food could come right out of the oven and as soon as the air vent and the cooler made contact with it it’s like in a matter of minutes it was cold. The food from the restaurant was amazing but I didn’t like that it was so cold. After sitting under the air vent for over an hour I was freezing! My wife on the other hand loved it, in fact she would take some of her warm food and put it under the air vent so that the cool AC unit could cool it down and make it cold just the way she likes it. I know everybody has their own preferences but I couldn’t help but think that she was crazy, but then again she’s the same woman that likes to eat pickles with ketchup on them. I love her, even if her tastes are a bit weird.
