I truly wish they would put a portable a/c device in the lifeguard tower, although I don’t thing that is going to happen anytime soon
I am currently in my senior year of high college. In order to make a little bit of extra cash for college, I have decided to toil as a lifeguard. The neighborhood I live in is right on the beach and my associate and I don’t truly get a respected winter time season. It gets frigid for a couple of weeks in December but then it gets hot again. I appreciate that my associate and I don’t get a winter time season because I appreciate being at the beach and that is one of the reasons I thought it would be a good idea to start lifeguarding. I have a wonderful acquaintance that helped me get the task and I have truly be enjoying it so far. It is starting to get hotter outside so lately my shifts have been a little more brutal. I have to remember to pack an extra water and even have to go for a swim sometimes to cool off. My current number one thing to do is to run into the a/c in the main office. I have been sneaking into the main office for about an hour a day lately just so I can feel the frigid air condition on my skin. I truly wish they would put a portable a/c device in the lifeguard tower, although I don’t thing that is going to happen anytime soon. So, for now I am just going to have to sneak into the a/c for ten minutes at a time and pray that no one ever finds out about my little secret.
