My hubby & I just purchased a new residence. Well, the residence is absolutely not new, however it is new to us. I honestly really love older residences because they seem to have far more character than new residences do… To me, the new homes look so much alike, & I do not adore that. I want our residence to be entirely unique. The residence both of us just bought is absolutely unique one hundred percent. I have never seen a floor plan at all like the one our residence has. It is open, yet it has a great deal of individual rooms. It is the perfect layout in my humble opinion. I appreciate pretty much everything about our residence except the fact that both of us were lied to about the condition of our heating machine. We were told that the furnace was completely old however that it worked great. It absolutely looks terribly old & rough, but I did not want to judge a book by its cover, so I simply believed what the previous owners told us about the condition of the heating machine. The two of us had a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C machine supplier come over & service our furnace before the frosty season hits, & they entirely told us that our furnace was in the worst shape. They even advised us to get a new heating machine before Wintertime because they were afraid that it might not last through the Wintertime! My hubby is quite concerned about it because if the furnace actually quits working, it creates a whole other world of issues. The two of us are going to look at some new gas heating machines tomorrow to see if both of us can get a good deal.
