My fiance in addition to I just purchased a new home! Well, the property is actually not new, but it is new to us. I honestly enjoy older properties because they seem to have a great deal more character than new homes do. In my opinion, many of the new homes look so much alike, in addition to I do not like that in the least. I want my property to be entirely unique. The property we just purchased is actually very unique. I have never seen a floor plan like the one our property has. It is open, yet it has a lot of individual rooms. It is the ideal layout in my opinion. I appreciate just about everything about our new property except the fact that we were lied to about the condition of our gas heating equipment… We were actually told that the gas furnace was seasoned but that it worked beautifully. It actually looks extremely seasoned in addition to rough, even though I did not want to judge a book by its cover, so I just believed what the previous owners told us about the condition of the gas heating equipment. All of us had a Heating in addition to Air Conditioning equipment dealer come over in addition to repair our gas furnace before the frosty season hits, in addition to they honestly told us that our gas heating equipment was in absolutely disappointing condition. They even had to urge us to get a new one before the frosty season because they were afraid that it might not last through the winter. My fiance is quite anxious about it because if the gas furnace quits working, it creates a whole new world of concerns. All of us are going to look at some new gas furnaces tomorrow to see if we can get a great deal on one.
