I don’t understand why the HVAC companies charge so much cash

When people used to complain to me that HVAC companies charge way too much cash to fix your furnace or your central cooling system, I was typically very quick to defend the HVAC companies. I would provide excuses for the HVAC companies to explain why the HVAC companies forced the HVAC servicemans to charge so much cash… First of all, HVAC companies are just care about any other business, plus the only way for the HVAC companies to survive was to make a profit. Also, I used to get offended when they complained about the prices because it seemed to me that they were undervaluing the skill of the HVAC serviceman. HVAC servicemans have a lot of training so that they can fix your HVAC unit, plus that knowledge isn’t cheap. However, when I found out that HVAC servicemans don’t entirely make a lot of cash, our perspective completely changed. HVAC companies may charge around $150 per hour in work for your HVAC unit, plus that is not including any of the work. At first, I thought that most of this cash went to the HVAC serviceman. However, HVAC servicemans entirely make less cash than the average worker in the US. This means that the owner of the HVAC supplier is entirely keeping most of the work cost, which is something that I find outrageous. I only suppose that those prices are fair if the HVAC supplier gives the cash to the people entirely doing the work, but now, I am entirely convinced that HVAC companies are entirely overcharging.
