I have always loved to cook and I think that food is a great way for people to come together and talk about.
Cooking is a hobby that I learned from my family. I love cookbooks and learning new recipes. I also love going to new places. My current favorite restaurant is right in my neighborhood and one of the newest places in town. It is always very busy. This new restaurant is actually built inside in an old shipping container. The new trend of up-cycling shipping containers has become very popular for restaurants. This kind of infrastructure is very affordable and you can do a lot to them. This restaurant has an open floor concept and they kept the original look at a shipping container on the exterior. I think this place is so cool and the owners are super nice and creative. The shipping container looks just like a real house inside and a shipping container on the outside. The food and music here is so good and unlike anything else in town. I think this new restaurant will inspire others to open similar businesses and start a new trend of shipping container restaurants. A lot of people have adopted this concept because of the affordability. In order to have everything up to code, they only have to make a few arrangements and changes to the shipping container. People like to see things being up-cycled to something else and this is a great example of that.
