The repair technician showed up on time and the guy was a familiar face that I recognized right away. We talked for a moment or two and then he started to investigate the AC equipment. I found out that the relay switch needed to be replaced. The relay switch did not cost a lot of money and it absolutely fixed the problem. Before the technician left my house, he made sure that cold air was coming out of the air vents. The repair bill from the AC company was only $175 and that included the parts and the service. I continue to use the same company because they have the best rates and top quality customer service. I was reminded of their great rates when I wrote the check for the repair.
