I am not undoubtedly wonderful about remembering things.
Appointments regularly get lost in the shuffle with me, then i frequently forget to change my car’s oil and I never seem to register products for their warranties, then things love that just slip my mind… With chiller service, I was the worst! My business needs a chiller system operating at peak efficiency in order to do well, but once a year a worker should perform chiller repair to make sure there isn’t leakage, tube failure or corrosion.
The cooling towers mounted on the roof of the building need to be looked at too. The chiller is out of sight so it is not on the forefront of my brain. I regularly forgot to call and schedule repair on the chiller, you forget that enough times and the chiller no longer works. I observed an increase in my energy costs because the chiller wasn’t operating well. I then observed the chiller no longer operated. That was all on me. Thankfully I have the solution for my forgetful mind and my chiller system. I just do a chiller rental repair now. Yes, it is not as financially smart to rent over buy; However, when I consider how often I am missing repairs and killing chillers systems, I bet I do save money. I just pay a fee monthly and the chiller repairs and services are taken care of by the rental people. They give me a courtesy call, however other than that they do everything. It is so nice being able to just call when I observed the chiller isn’t as efficient.
