Wintertide weather is perfect match for my heat pump

I live in a region that is widely known for its four seasons.

This is true because the four seasons are really much separate seasons with nearly identical time spans.

I love living here because as soon as I’m just about sick of a single season, the next a single is upon us. And this region and it’s seasons are perfectly matched to having an HVAC heat pump. The heat pump is suited to the heating and cooling needs of our weather conditions. Every one of us have a Wintertide and it’s cold. Every one of us also have a Summer and it’s hot. But neither of those season are exactly serious either. And then the Spring and fall are simply perfection. But having a heat pump is just right for this region. I normally have the HVAC worker come out in mid October to do the heating maintenance. And this is properly the time where the heat pump is set to the oil furnace side of it’s process. This means that the heat pump is capturing heat energy from the ambient air outside and bringing that heat energy to the inside of the house. There are genuinely only a handful of times where the hot and cold temperatures get so low for an extended phase that the auxiliary electric heating grind has to come on to help deliver heat. Then the heat pump gets a rest while in the Spring. Once the air conditioner tune-up is done, the heat pump simply reverses refrigerant flow to then deliver air conditioning. Now, it’s moving the heat outside of the house to make room for cooler air to take its locale. Like I said, it’s just the perfect heating and cooling component for this area.
