The state we lived in all my life had a climate that met the end of the spectrum.
During winter it got too cold and during summer, the heat would be unbearable.
When I grew up I decided to leave the town for a much calmer state in terms of the weather. Fortunately, I got a job in a state that had moderate winters and summers. I almost did not see the need of having an HVAC unit since I almost did not need it. I say almost because there were times I wished I had at least one cooling product when the temperatures rose. After a lot of research and visits to the local air conditioning businesses and consulting numerous air conditioning experts, I settled for a central air conditioning system. Fortunately, I was able to get the quality air conditioner at an affordable price from the end-of-year sale that different stores were running. The cooling tech handled the air conditioning install. With the pandemic looming over us, I saw it fit to also get an indoor air cleaning system that would clean the indoor air. To achieve this, I had to change the air filter once every month. To maintain the optimal function of the new unit, the cooling workman advised that I ensure to handle every air conditioning repair as it rose to avoid the issue growing grave. They also advised that for air conditioning service, I schedule an air conditioning tune up at least once a year. Two months down the line and I do not regret fitting the new system. I was torturing myself because I did not know any better, now I look forward to going back home.
