The A/C company never responds to my emails

If there is something that frustrates me beyond belief, it’s slow and unresponsive companies.

Unfortunately, this is far too common with a lot of businesses.

You would think they would start responding more when they see potential customers walking away, but not very many do. I have had it with the A/C company next to me. To start with, they don’t have the best reviews. They are usually a 1 star on most websites, but sometimes if they’re lucky they’ll get a 2. One of the main complaints is them not responding to customer inquiries. That should have been my first red flag. But at the time, I was looking for quick HVAC service and they appeared as a legitimate HVAC business. I don’t doubt that they’re a legitimate HVAC corporation, but they need to fix their customer service. A lot of the times when I email them, I’ll never hear back. Or if I do hear back, it will usually be one unprofessional sentence that doesn’t answer all of my questions. When I called them, a lot of times the people aren’t listening, or I get hung up on or they just plain don’t answer. My final straw with them was when I had scheduled HVAC maintenance and waited all day at my house. When the HVAC specialist was 2 hours late, I called the business and they told me he already arrived at my house and took care of the issue. I told them no he didn’t, but they kept insisting that he did in fact visit my house, even confirming my address. Unless he morphed through the walls in my house, walked past me without me noticing, maintained the A/C unit and then didn’t expect me to pay, he didn’t come today and I realized they’re a bunch of liars.
