Anyway, while my sister was trying to save about $300 on air duct cleaning, she ended up tripping over the vacuum cord while she was on the ladder in the upstairs hallway and bruised her ankle. What a pain this whole experience has turned out to be for her. From now on she is genuinely having a professional come to clean the heating and a/c ducts at the house.
