I recently found a really great family owned and operated heating and air conditioner corporation in our town.This guy named Dennis owns this heating and air conditioner corporation with his sons. They carry a complete line of high efficiency air conditioner and gas gas furnace systems. I just found out that right now, this heating and air conditioner corporation is offering a central air conditioner tuneup for only $69. I think they’re just doing this while I was in the Spring to help people get ready for this summer. I am pretty ecstatic that I found out about it, because our air conditioner proposal at our house has been really neglected over the past year or so. I did not even get it checked out at all by an Heating, Ventilation & A/C business last year. When I called him up and talked to Dennis on the phone, he told myself and others that the cooling preventative service safety check includes checking the refrigerant charge, testing our machine for leaks, checking and adjusting our fan belt, checking our air filter, checking our air conditioner condenser, and checking the drain. He also said that he checks the thermostat proposal at no charge. I thought that this sounded like a pretty good deal. He also told myself and others that if I wanted to double up, he would do a heating preventative service safety check at the same time and he would do both of our Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems for only $98. I thought that that sounded like a great deal to me. I think I am gonna start using these guys all the time.
