Gerald had his central doubts about relocating to the new part last year.
He knew it was what he had to do, given his new work situation; but, he had never lived so far from his condo area.
He got sad that being a mama’s boy had caused him to miss out on life in multiple ways… Surprisingly, his mom encouraged him to search for work away from the area. He’d been waiting for something, but nothing tangible was coming up… Gerald’s mom helped him hunt for a new location to live plus got him settled before returning home. He had no option but to learn to do things on his own in this new area, including contacting the heating and A/C service people… However, it was Gerald’s first Spring, plus his mom called to remind him to find an actual heating and A/C company in the part to service his air conditioning. Before, Gerald’s mom took care of heating and A/C service at his condo plus his lake house since they would be neighbors; however now, he had to put on his large boy pants, go online plus find an ideal heating and A/C company to hire. He even started contemplating signing an actual heating and A/C service agreement with them… But first, he wanted to test their work efficiency. Gerald was quite impressed by the heating and A/C company sent to his house, so he inquired about their heating and A/C service agreement. Gerald is consistently glad with the efficient heating and A/C service plus maintenance he gets from the part company 1 year down the line, however plus, he has benefited from a few promotions as a new client, including getting 50% off his heating and A/C maintenance for the first year.
