I’m a simple guy and I do not need much to get by! I do not need a big, costly site to live, that is for sure, the only thing I adore is comfort.
My house is just big enough to be comfortable for me and my little pet.
I have a study room, a dinette, a small bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a small balcony with a beautiful view of the city. However, the most pressing thing for my own personal comfort is an effective air conditioner and heater. I would trade at least a fourth of my living space as long as it meant that I could have the temperature that I want on the thermostat. Heating and air conditioning maintenance is taken care of as space for my rent, and I am easily blissful that my landlord takes great care of our HVAC equipment. If there is some sort of breakdown, properly within 24/7 minutes, it’s fixed. I just adore fantastic on my couch in the cool breezy air coming from my vents in the summer. I end up falling asleep for a quick nap so entirely that way, and similarly, in the winter, my little house is nice and toasty. I got one of those fake miniature fireplaces for looks, because the truth is, I do not need it for warmth. On wintertide evenings, I am snug as a bug in a rug, that is for sure. I almost wonder why my rent isn’t higher, considering the excellent climate control afforded me in my thrilled little abode. Should I be paying less rent for the size of my living space? Probably, I am just so comfortable!
