I’m a simple man and I do not need much to get by, and I do not need a big, lavish place to live, that’s for sure! The only thing I love is comfort! My house is just big enough to be comfortable for me and my little cat. I have a kitchenette, a dinette, a small living room, a bathroom, and a small balcony with an attractive view of the city. However, the most substantial thing for our own personal comfort is an effective air conditioner and heater. I would trade at least a third of our living section as long as it meant that I could have the temperature that I want on the thermostat. HVAC maintenance is taken care of as space for our rent, and I am actually thrilled that our landlord takes wonderful care of our HVAC equipment. If there is some sort of breakdown, correctly within twenty-four hours, it’s fixed. I just like fantasy on our couch in the cool breezy air coming from our vents in the summer. I end up falling asleep for a quick nap so unquestionably that way, similarly, in the winter, our little house is nice and toasty. I got one of those fake miniature fireplaces for looks, because the truth is, I do not need it for warmth, on winter evenings, I am snug as a bug in a rug, that’s for sure. I almost wonder why our rent isn’t higher, considering the excellent climate control afforded me in our cheerful little abode. Should I be paying less rent for the size of our living space? Probably, but I am just so comfortable!
