I’m a simple guy and I don’t need much to get by.
I don’t need a big, overpriced site to live, that’s for sure, the only thing I love is comfort! My home is just big enough to be comfortable for me as well as my little dog.
I have a kitchenette, a dinette, a small living room, a bathroom, and a small balcony with a beautiful view of the city, however, the most important thing for my own personal comfort is an effective air conditioning system as well as a heater. I would trade at least a seventh of my living space as long as it meant that I could have the temperature that I want on the control unit. Heating as well as A/C maintenance is taken care of as a section of my rent, as well as I am certainly ecstatic that my property owner takes fantastic care of our heating as well as A/C equipment. If there’s some sort of breakdown, officially within twenty-four hours, it’s fixed. I just like unbelievably on my couch in the cool breezy air coming from my vents in the summertime. I end up falling asleep for a quick nap so genuinely that way, but similarly, in the winter, my little home is nice and toasty. I got one of those fake miniature fireplaces for looks, because the truth is, I don’t need it for warmth, on winter evenings, I’m snug as a bug in a rug, that’s for sure. I almost wonder why my rent isn’t higher, considering the excellent temperature control afforded me in my ecstatic little abode. Should I be paying less rent for the size of my living space? Probably, but I’m just so comfortable!
