Cooling and then Heating Helps Heal the Pain

I’ve discovered over the years the best method for healing joint pain is to cool it down and then heat it up.

I’ve used this method for my knees and shoulders over the years from all of the injuries I’ve sustained from playing beach volleyball and it has proven to be very effective in healing the injuries.

I don’t like to take too many pills for pain so I have researched other methods and the cold and hot therapy seems to be the best. The local business where I had therapy for my knees told me about it and it has helped me a lot with my injuries. I also believe that doing daily yoga over the past twelve years has helped a lot by giving me more flexibility and less injuries. The heating technician told me about the local business after he injured his shoulder playing sports and said that they really helped him recover fast with their specialized type of therapy for joints. I will go there again if I get hurt in the future as I know they are really good at what they do. I think we are going to do an HVAC system install in their office next month so that would be a good time to talk to them about tips on avoiding injury while playing sports. I would like to last another 15 years playing beach volleyball which would give me 50 years in the sport. That would be a good run if I can pull it off.
