I think I will give it one more year here with the music pursuit, and if it has stagnated then I may end up moving back home.
Life is just one big circle, and round and round we go until the ride stops. I’m hitting the twilight years of my life soon and I hope that I can enjoy them with good health and lots of friends and family around. I don’t have a lot of family or friends around right now, as I moved overseas and am still trying to get a grip on the language. I’ve started listening to podcasts in Spanish on Spotify, and I think once I get through them all I will be able to better understand the local business owners and their rapid fire talking. I am here to work for the local HVAC contractor and play music with my bandmate, but I really miss my family and friends, and part of me wants to run home to the safety of my herd. I think I will give it one more year here with the music pursuit, and if it has stagnated then I may end up moving back home. I have my HVAC tech certificate and can work on ducts and a/c units without a problem, and I could probably start up my own business again if I were to move back home. I just want to be around my folks while they are still alive and young enough to enjoy life with me. My mom ran an HVAC company for many years and I could probably start her company up again if I wanted to get back into the heating and cooling equipment sales sector like she did for so many years.
