I called for a repair at ten in the morning

I was very disappointed with the service that I received the last time I called my local HVAC repair company. I decided to call a new place that had an advertisement in the flyer that is disseminated in the neighborhood once a week. The company had an advertisement and catchy flyer that was brightly colored with green and blue. It was eye-catching because those are the same colors as our local football team. I think the local HVAC repair company probably did that on purpose and the marketing strategy work because it caught my attention. When my heat pump broke down again, I contacted the commercial and residential heating and AC repair and installation business. I contacted the company around 10:00 in the morning. I certainly didn’t expect anyone to arrive before lunch and I was still in my pajamas when the man called to tell me that he was right around the corner. I barely had time to get dressed before the repairman knocked on the door. I called at 10:00 and it was less than an hour later when help arrived. The skilled and knowledgeable technician had no problem diagnosing and finding the problem with the heat pump. Unfortunately, it was quite an expensive repair. The repair technician provided me with an estimate for a brand new key pump and air conditioning system and told me to call when I was ready to schedule an appointment. They could be ready and working on the installation the next day. It was a lot to process. I thought I was looking at a few hundreds of dollars in repairs.
