My poor space furnace has been through a great deal.
- I have had the silly thing for numerous years now, plus it is easily starting to show its age.
I had many space furnaces last year, however many of them stopped working within the same week. The lot of them were relatively current compared to the single one that is still working now. I suppose the old fashioned heaters actually hold up better than the newer ones these days. The thing that bothers myself and others though is the fact that space furnaces can be incredibly dangerous, plus I feel as though the older they are the more dangerous they happen to be. My fiance told myself and others that I should just go ahead plus get a current space furnace to replace the ancient one, even though I don’t like the idea of spending money on a current heater when the old one that I have is still working just fine. I would be more distraught if I left it on when I am not at my household, even though I never leave it running when I am not at the house. I even turn off the furnace when I go outside to take care of yard work. I know that my fiance is actually right though plus with my luck if I do not listen to her advice, I will actually end up burning the household down with my ancient space heater. I dropped the old thing a couple of days ago, plus now it has a sizable dent in the side of it which makes it look pretty terrible. One of the reasons that I wanted to keep it was because of how antique plus wonderful it looked, however now, I cannot use that as an excuse to keep it because it is not longer great looking.
