My poor space heating machine has been through a lot.
I have had the old thing for years now, plus it is truly starting to show its age.
I had 3 space oil furnaces last year, however many of them stopped working within the same week. They were entirely new compared to the one that is still working just fine now. I think the old fashioned ones actually hold up better than the newer ones! The one thing that bothers me a great deal is the fact that space oil furnaces can be extremely dangerous, plus I know the older they are the more dangerous they absolutely are… My partner told me that I should just go ahead plus get a modern space heating machine to upgrade the old one, but I do not want to spend currency on a modern one when the one that I have is still working. I would be more upset if I left it on when I am not at the residence, but I never leave it functioning when I am not at the residence. I even turn off the heating machine when I go outside to do yard work. I think that he is absolutely right though plus with my luck if I do not listen to his advice, I will absolutely end up burning the residence down with my old space heater. I dropped the old thing a little while ago, plus now it has a pretty big dent in the side of it which makes it look unlovely… One of the reasons that I wanted to keep it was because of how antique plus wonderful it looked, however now, I cannot use that as an excuse to keep it because it doesn’t look all that great.
